Flowered and Feathered Frenzy incorporates so many things that Susan loves to do including precision piecing, feathered stars, hand embellishing and more. Susan wanted to include the feathered star, her favorite traditional block, and daisies, which are her favorite appliqué, as a personal touch for the quilt. It is a well-deserved award-winning quilt, taking home First Place at the 2016 Houston International Quilt Festival, First Place at the 2017 American Quilter's Society Paducah, and Second Place - Minnesota Quilters 2016.
