This quilt was a result of my mother wanting she and I to do a quilt together even though we lived far apart.
I painted these squares and sent them to my mother as a surprise for Mother's Day. I included a suggested design which she followed. She then made and hand quilted this quilt and gave it to me for Christmas. We were both overjoyed with the finished product.
