Fat Tuesday - My mind was reeling with new ideas and techniques when I returned home from the Livermore Ricky Tims Super Seminar, and I jumped into this as soon as I got home. I used a Ricky Tims applique technique in the corners and my husband designed the center applique using the City of New Orleans logo design. The theme of the quilt show was "Mardi Gras in the Foothills", so it HAD to be named "Fat Tuesday"!
