This quilt was created by hand except for the crumb pieced binding.
This piece was inspired by James Taylor's song, There We Are. I created this 17" by 17" quilted wall hanging with English paper pieced motifs, embroidery, embellishments (snaps and rhinestones), big stitch quilting with three colors of sashiko thread, and a crumb scrap binding. It was hand-stitched, hand-appliqued, hand-embroidered, and hand-quilted. The crumb pieced binding was machine-stitched.
