Ted Storm's spectacular quilt, "ElaTED" won Best of Show in Paducah 2014 and the Founder's Award in Houston 2012.
ElaTED created by Ted Storm is a quilting tour-de-force winning two major awards, Best of Show at AQS QuiltWeek Paducah 2014 and the Founders Award at IQA Houston 2012. Inspired by delftware designs (one of the types of tin-glazed earthenware or ceramic in which a white glaze is applied) and hand-quilted, TTed hid 8 different designs in the symmetrical setting. Featuring beautiful hand appliqué, padded appliqué, embroidery, beading, and padded trapunto, it's a wonder what Ted didn't include when making this spectacular quilt.
