"Diamonds In The Sky" by Tula Pink was made entirely with hand piecing and mostly on airplanes.
Diamonds In The Sky was completely hand pieced using English Paper Piecing. Tula is primarily a machine quilter, but when she travels, and she travels about half the year, she needs something to do. So this quilt was made entirely on airplanes, for the most part, with Tula trying to figure out different ways to work with different shapes.
