"David's Wasp" by Rebecca Ann Haley won Second Place in the Wall Quilt Competition at PIQF XXX in 2021.
Artist Statement: "This quilt was created in a David Taylor's class. However, I used machine applique instead of hand applique. My grandson's name is David and he loved this quilt so I named it after him. I used many of my hand dyes and a sheer to create the wings."
