"Crazy A'Peel" by Judy Beskow was exhibited at the Houston International Quilt Festival in 2012.
Judy's quilt, Crazy A'Peel, is a combination of the Orange Peel pattern and a modern art version of a crazy quilt. She used silk and upholstery fabrics, added trapunto, braid, buttons, miscellaneous embellishments and Swarovski crystals, and finally quilted it with holographic thread. You'll want to take the time to wander around and find all of its hidden surprises.
