Artist Statement: "This quilt is the convergence of three of my hobbies - fabric dyeing, quilting, and Zentangle. I used my hand-dyed silk fabric and created the design using Ricky Tims' Convergence technique. The inspiration for the quilting was based on the Zentangle method of filling defined spaces with lines, curves, and orbs."
