Artist Statement:"I was inspired by the traditional Wedding Ring block...but had to change it up bringing into the Modern day. I enjoyed designing the quilting around the piecing to give it more dimension, adding a hint of rainbows to frame the design. I used Hobb's Wool and Polydown for batting. Wonderfil's Invisifil, Decobob for the quilting. Dazzle for couching the front. YLI's Quilt Highlights Metallic Braid for bobbin work on the back."
