It is a stunningly colorful quilt inspired by the brilliance of Carnivalè, enhanced with applique and crystals.
Original design created in EQ8 by Jennifer Ciuccoli and Judi Davis. Our quilt group, Creative Quilt Enthusiasts desired to work on a project together and eight members participated. For some it was an exercise in developing a new skill set, for others it was just fun...which was our goal. It is a 13 block sampler - foundation paper pieced - including applique and crystals. Hand dyed batiks were used and colors were chosed for their brilliance.
