Artist Statement: "Birds have kept humans busy for centuries. Man has dreamed of wings, watching birds soaring freely. Birds often became fabulous, and even divine, beings. They have always been considered a symbol of freedom. And the cage is its limitation. If the cage is open, it means a desire for freedom."
