"Asteria" by Tiffany Hayes is named for the Greek Goddess of the Stars because there are plenty of stars in the quilt.
Asteria was made with a fabric line by Maywood Studio, and, while not a new quilt, it is Tiffany's breakout quilt and the one that put her into the quilt world. It is also "not the traditional sampler quilt" but, "a celestial masterpieces in blue and white batiks."
