Artist Statement: "My sole intention when designing this quilt was that I wanted 8 small stars within a larger star. It wasn't until after I shared about this quilt (and several people pointed it out) did I see the stars within the quilt actually formed an asterisk shape at the center of the star. I hadn't even seen. It is so interesting how sometimes we can't even fully see what we are working so intently on."
