This is my first original design and pattern, and second hand quilted quilt. I fell in love with the technique and chose to do a very simple piecing to highlight it. I used DMC embroidery floss, 6 strands for the main lines and 3 for the background. The binding is also hand sewn with rounded corners. The quilt is made with 100% cotton Kona Solids and Warm \u0026amp; Natural batting. I also explored adding another craft into my quilting, linocut printmaking, and made a stamped signature for the back.
