I then long armed the quilt using an APQS Millennium and Superior Machine Quilting thread(brown) I was trying to replicate the look of very old ink which fades from black to a brownish color over many years. NOTE: As this was my first attempt at quilting I have learned many things. Most importantly is to not iron your quilt BEFORE removing the washable marker. LOL!
