I used fabric folding technique and machine sewing where ever it was possible. Side seams had to be sewn by hand. Jeans fabric was quite hard to handle, but with lot of steam pressing I got it to behave. Because there is no additional lining, I added hanging pocket to inside (will add picture of that to my blog).
