Shell hunting along our beaches is a big pasttime of mine and I have always been drawn to the sea.  I am also a certified scuba diver and although I am older now, I have wonderfull memories of diving among beautiful coral reefs and ship wrecks teeming with marine live.  I still enjoy snorlking, and  now I get excited about making quilts that give a glimpse of this unique watery world to viewers.
